In 2019, F7 underwent a significant restructuring to align its organizational structure with the demands of complex projects:

Our currently three teams are structured in a self-organized manner, with two additional service teams. Our organizational structure is not based on traditional departmental or hierarchical structures. Instead, each team has direct contact with customers, enabling rapid and effective solutions to their needs.

Each team has its own unique way of working, which ensures optimal collaboration and enables complex goals to be achieved flexibly. Through acting proactively and continuously adjusting, we create tailored solutions for each client.

The central service teams provide internal support to the peripheral teams by assuming administrative responsibilities and offering supplementary services such as newsletter creation and content maintenance.

This innovative organizational structure fosters self-organization, decentralization, and a clear market focus.
