UI-/ UX-Designer

We are a Hamburg-based digital agency and are actively expanding our conceptual and design expertise. You’ll play a key role in this effort: As the only person with this profile on the team, you’ll contribute your own ideas and work closely with our front-end developers, who themselves have a strong design background.

• You design convincingly: not just functionally, but with a real commitment to visual quality.
• You conceptualize with structure: information architecture, user flows, wireframes – you think from the user's perspective.
• You present with confidence: you can explain and defend decisions to clients and discuss them as an equal.
• You argue from principles: for you, design decisions aren't a matter of taste, but the result of genuinely engaging with the problem.
• You're interested in technology: you don't need to code yourself – but you understand what's feasible, and you think in modular components.
• You work independently: since you're the only person on the team with this profile, you bring self-discipline and initiative.

• Concept and design for pitches and tenders – from initial idea to presentation-ready submission
• UX and UI design for client projects
• Direct collaboration with clients – from requirements gathering to sign-off
