We are a signatory to the Diversity Charter!

People with different backgrounds, perspectives and lifestyles have always worked together at F7. And that's exactly what makes us better - as a team, as an agency, as an employer. Diversity is part of our everyday life.

The Diversity Charter stands for a working culture as it should be: respectful, open and free from prejudice. With our signature and membership, we are setting an official example for something that we have been living for a long time.

Especially at a time when we are experiencing setbacks and voices against diversity and tolerance are getting louder, it is really important to us to take a stand.

We are therefore particularly pleased to now be part of this network.
